We do not sell full-metal toy guns because too many metal parts may prevent packages from passing customs. The products sold in our store are selected with customs clearance requirements in mind, but customs clearance cannot be guaranteed 100%.

• Toy guns under US$60 are usually made of high-strength nylon.
• Products under US$90 usually contain only a few metal parts, such as the barrel.
• Products over US$90 usually contain more metal parts, such as the barrel, gears, magazine release button, and trigger.

In general, higher-priced models offer better quality and contain more metal parts.

Some products shown in videos contain too many metal parts to pass customs safely, so we do not sell those models. Products currently sold in our store are selected with customs clearance requirements in mind, but customs clearance cannot be guaranteed 100%.

These are estimated transportation times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping to New Zealand is currently suspended because of customs restrictions. We cannot accept new orders or arrange replacement shipments to New Zealand at this time.

Online availability does not necessarily mean that a product is stored in a local warehouse. We can confirm whether an item can be sold and shipped to your country, but local warehouse stock requires separate verification.

Customs duties are covered by us and are already included in the order price. If a package is held by customs, we will either issue a full refund or immediately send a replacement package.

Replacement shipments are subject to current destination restrictions. Shipping to New Zealand, including replacement shipments, is currently suspended.

After a tracking number is issued, it may take about three days for detailed tracking updates to appear while the package is transferred from our warehouse to the logistics company. The request must be verified before any change is confirmed. Once the package has been dispatched by the logistics company, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If you still want a refund after delivery, contact customer service to request return instructions. The refund can be processed after the approved return procedure is completed.

Please do not send the product back without receiving return instructions.

Return and refund handling depends on the order status and the reason for the request. Please contact customer service with your order number, purchase email, and a description of the issue.

Include photos or a video if the product is damaged or faulty. Do not return the product until customer service provides the approved return instructions.

1. Prepare Your Gel Balls Correctly

Properly hydrated gel balls are important for reliable feeding, accuracy and range.

• Soak gel balls for at least 7 hours unless the product instructions specify otherwise.
• For many standard LKCJ gel blasters, a gel ball size of approximately 7.15–7.30 mm works well.
• Gel balls that are too small may cause reduced range, poor accuracy or feeding problems.
• Water quality can affect final gel ball size. If your gel balls are consistently undersized, try using clean or purified water.

2. Drain Excess Water Before Loading

After soaking, drain excess water before placing gel balls into the magazine. Excess water can contribute to feeding problems.

3. Use and Charge the Battery Correctly

• Fully charge the battery before use.
• Make sure connectors are properly aligned before connecting them.
• Do not force a connector into the wrong orientation.
• Disconnect and remove the battery when the gel blaster will not be used for an extended period.
• Only use batteries compatible with your gel blaster's electrical system.

4. Play Safely

Always wear appropriate eye protection, use your gel blaster only in suitable locations, and follow applicable local laws and regulations.

Keep the orange safety tip installed where required and avoid displaying realistic-looking gel blasters in public places.

Gel ball size can have a noticeable effect on feeding, air sealing, consistency and accuracy.

For many standard gel blasters, fully hydrated gel balls around 7.15–7.30 mm provide good results.

Some higher-performance adult models may perform better with slightly larger or firmer gel balls, depending on the barrel, magazine and internal configuration.

For the best results, use gel balls with a consistent diameter. Inconsistent gel ball sizes can cause unpredictable trajectories, reduced range and feeding problems.

A Hop-Up is a device located at or near the end of the barrel that helps improve the flight path of a gel ball. When correctly adjusted, it can make your gel blaster shoot flatter, straighter and more consistently at longer distances.

How does a Hop-Up work?

As the gel ball passes through the Hop-Up, a small amount of pressure is applied to the upper surface of the gel ball. This creates backspin as the gel ball leaves the barrel.

The spinning gel ball interacts with the surrounding air and generates a small amount of upward lift. This aerodynamic phenomenon is commonly known as the Magnus Effect.

Without Hop-Up, gravity begins pulling the gel ball downward immediately after it leaves the barrel. With the correct amount of backspin, the additional lift partially counteracts this drop, helping the gel ball maintain a flatter trajectory for longer.

Important: A Hop-Up does not increase the motor power or muzzle energy of your gel blaster. Its purpose is to improve the gel ball's flight trajectory and effective accuracy.

What happens when the Hop-Up is adjusted correctly?

• A flatter trajectory
• Reduced gel ball drop
• Improved effective range
• Better long-distance consistency
• More predictable shot placement

How do I adjust the Hop-Up?

1. Prepare a batch of properly hydrated and consistently sized gel balls.
2. Make sure the barrel and Hop-Up are clean and correctly installed.
3. Start with a low Hop-Up setting.
4. Fire approximately 5–10 test shots at a safe target and observe the trajectory.
5. If the gel balls drop too quickly, increase the Hop-Up slightly.
6. Continue making small adjustments until the gel balls travel relatively flat before naturally beginning to drop.
7. If the gel balls begin climbing upward, you have applied too much Hop-Up. Reduce the setting slightly.

Small adjustments usually work best. Avoid making large changes between test shots.

How can I diagnose the trajectory?

• Gel balls drop too early: Increase Hop-Up slightly.
• Gel balls rise sharply: Reduce Hop-Up.
• Gel balls consistently curve left or right: Check whether the Hop-Up is mounted straight and centered on the barrel.
• Trajectory changes randomly: Check gel ball size and hydration, clean the barrel and inspect the Hop-Up for dirt or uneven pressure.
• Gel balls break, jam or lose significant velocity: The Hop-Up may be applying too much pressure.

How should an external Hop-Up be installed?

External Hop-Ups are normally installed at the muzzle or the end of the inner barrel.

The Hop-Up should be installed straight, centered and securely. If it is rotated to one side, the gel ball may receive uneven spin and curve left or right instead of travelling straight.

What about built-in Hop-Ups?

Some gel blasters have Hop-Up systems built directly into the barrel or muzzle assembly.

Depending on the model, the built-in Hop-Up may be:

• Fully adjustable
• Preset at the factory
• Fixed and non-adjustable

If your gel blaster has a fixed Hop-Up, do not force the adjustment mechanism. Check the product description or manual for model-specific information.

Tips for the best Hop-Up performance

• Use consistently sized gel balls.
• Make sure gel balls are fully and evenly hydrated.
• Keep the inner barrel clean.
• Keep the Hop-Up clean and correctly aligned.
• Adjust the Hop-Up gradually.
• Avoid excessive pressure on soft gel balls.

Do not overtighten the Hop-Up. Excessive pressure can deform or crush soft gel balls and may cause feeding problems, barrel blockages or reduced velocity.

Safety when installing or adjusting a Hop-Up

Before installing, removing or adjusting the Hop-Up:

• Remove the magazine.
• Make sure the gel blaster is unloaded.
• Disconnect the battery.
• Wear eye protection during test firing.
• Always test in a safe direction and suitable environment.

1. Please check that the gel balls are placed in the correct compartment of the magazine rather than inserted through the magazine's exit tube.
2. The gel balls must be completely submerged in water for at least seven hours. Keep adding water if they continue to absorb it, and make sure the magazine's gel-ball compartment is fully loaded.

If the problem continues, please send customer service a short video clearly showing the issue.

Please record a video showing these steps:

1. Activate the magazine switch and fully load the gel balls.
2. Insert the magazine and pull the charging bolt.
3. Hold the trigger continuously for six seconds in AUTO mode.

You may share the video through YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox, or another accessible cloud-storage link.

If a battery is swollen, leaking, damaged, unusually hot, or produces a burning smell, stop charging and testing it immediately and send clear photos instead.

Please fully charge every battery received from us and record one continuous, unedited video testing all of them.

For each battery, show it connected to the charging cable, unplug it on camera, install it in the gel blaster, and test it.

Do not pause, cut, or combine clips.

Please stop troubleshooting and send customer service clear photos or a video showing the damaged part, its location, and the overall condition of the product. Include your order number and purchase email.
